- Omitting unit type and patient ratio — they are how clinical managers judge whether your experience transfers.
- Listing only duties. Every RN takes vitals; quality outcomes and precepting are what differ.
- Leaving out the EHR you used. Epic and Cerner experience are named in a large share of postings.
